At Viking Fire Tools, we value fast and safe delivery of your orders.
Here is an overview of our shipping and delivery policy:
Handling time:
We will process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Please note that this time is not included in the estimated delivery time.
Delivery time:
Your order will be delivered within 5–10 business days from the time the package is shipped.

Please note that we do NOT offer free return labels. It is the customer's responsibility to cover return postage.
If an order is returned after 14 days from the date of delivery, half of the original price will be deducted from the refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return policy
Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, washed or modified in any way. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to make a return

After your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item to Sweden. Please note that we cannot accept items without prior approval.
Wrong delivery
If you have received a faulty item, you must notify us via email kontakt@vikingfiretools.se within 48 hours of receipt. Defects not reported within this time frame will not entitle you to a refund or replacement.
Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within seven business days of us receiving the returned package.
Fees
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Damage and defects
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong product. This will help us to resolve the issue quickly.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, free of stains and original labels must be intact. In the event of defective items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Redelivery of defective goods
If an item is defective, we can offer a replacement free of charge, provided the defect is reported within 30 days of the date of delivery. After this period, we only offer a replacement and not a refund. In the event of defects caused by misuse or accidents, a replacement cannot be offered.
Changes
To quickly receive the correct product, we recommend that you return the faulty item. Once the return has been approved, we will process your new order. Please note that a shipping fee of 60 SEK will be added for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method. The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
If the item is damaged upon receipt, please send us a photo or video as proof. In cases where an item is not delivered due to an incorrect address, we can offer a re-delivery.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change your order within 60 minutes of placing it. Contact us at kontakt@vikingfiretools.se with your order number.
Unclaimed or refused packages
If a package is refused or cannot be delivered, a fee of 500 SEK will be charged to cover administrative fees from the shipping companies. It is necessary to collect the package and send it to the return address provided after contacting our customer service.
